With two kayaks available for your use, there's no shortage of ways to get out on the water and enjoy the beautiful Noosa River.

The L-shaped kitchen features the latest Miele appliances, making it perfect for preparing sundowners, alfresco lunches and dinners with friends. Step outside and fire up the Weber gas BBQ for a relaxed evening of outdoor dining while soaking up the riverfront atmosphere.

You enter at ground level, where the only downstairs toilet is conveniently located in the laundry. From there, one flight of timber-tread stairs with a marine-ply balustrade takes you up to two carpeted bedrooms, both with built-in robes. The king main bedroom has its own ensuite and a balcony with lovely views of the Noosa River winding through the Noosa Sound waterways. The twin bedroom looks out over greenery and uses the main bathroom. Both upstairs bathrooms feature a frameless shower and toilet, and both bedrooms are air-conditioned.

After a day exploring, unwind in the comfortable living area with its big-screen TV, or simply sit back and enjoy the beautiful river views.

The Quamby Place shops and restaurants are just a short walk away, as are Noosa Main Beach and Hastings Street.
