Leslie brings 10 years of experience in holiday resort management to Utopia, along with a passion for making holiday homes feel truly special. Having owned and operated several holiday resorts, Leslie understands the industry from every angle and knows what owners and guests expect.
Overseeing a full resort renovation and visual refresh gave her a keen eye for presentation. She believes a beautifully presented home makes guests feel special the moment they arrive, and gives owners peace of mind that their investment is working well for them. Leslie pairs empathy and attentive listening with a decisive, action-oriented approach. She makes people feel heard and resolves issues swiftly, building lasting trust with owners and guests alike.
Originally from Canada and an avid traveller, Leslie has called Australia home for 20 years, the past 12 spent between Peregian and Noosa. She has a deep love for this beautiful part of the world and wants every guest to enjoy a wonderful stay and experience all it has to offer.
